At AOFIT, we believe that a strong team is built through continuous learning.
Recently, we officially launched our 2026 Eagle Leadership Program, an internal management training initiative designed to support the growth of our middle management team. The program brings together managers from different departments to strengthen leadership skills, improve collaboration, and prepare for the company’s next stage of development.

Why We Started the Eagle Leadership Program
As our business continues to grow, so do the expectations of our customers and partners.
Behind every reliable product is not only advanced manufacturing equipment, but also a team capable of making the right decisions, solving problems efficiently, and working closely across departments.
The Eagle Leadership Program was created with this goal in mind—to help our managers continue developing both professionally and personally while building stronger teams throughout the organization.
The Opening Session
The program officially began with its first training session, attended by managers from across the company.
Rather than focusing only on management theories, the course encouraged participants to rethink everyday leadership challenges, discuss practical experiences, and explore more effective ways to lead teams.
One of the key topics was moving beyond the “firefighting” management style—shifting from constantly solving urgent problems to building systems that prevent problems before they happen.

Learning That Goes Beyond the Classroom
The Eagle Leadership Program is designed as an ongoing learning journey rather than a one-time event.
Future sessions will cover topics such as:
- Leadership mindset
- Team communication
- Cross-department collaboration
- Decision-making
- Organizational execution
Each course combines practical management experience with real workplace scenarios, allowing participants to immediately apply what they learn in their daily work.

Investing in People Is Investing in Quality
At AOFIT, we believe that product quality starts with people.
Continuous learning doesn’t only benefit our employees—it also strengthens the way we serve customers around the world.
By investing in leadership development, we’re building a more collaborative, efficient, and forward-looking organization that can continue delivering reliable products and professional service to our global partners.
We look forward to sharing more updates from the Eagle Leadership Program as new training sessions take place.
